2009 has arrived and with it comes the announcement of sixth Annual Global Technology Symposium. This year‘s theme is Entrepreneurship and Investment in a Turbulent Economy.
This year marks the need for entrepreneurs and investors alike to cooperate, share ideas, and reinforce collaborative efforts to promote innovation in an otherwise uncertain economy.
The Symposium is the premier investor conference focused on technology and growth companies in emerging market technology corridors.
In partnership with the San Francisco Global Trade Council and the US-Polish Trade Council, sponsored in part by Microsoft Corporation and Yandex, the event is expected to draw several hundred leaders in business, science, venture capital, entrepreneurship, and policy making from BRIC countries, Central and Eastern Europe, and the United States.
In addition, the Symposium is now accepting entries for its Global Pitch Competition where early stage global companies will compete in front of a distinguished panel of Venture Capital judges.
