STEP 2: Registration Fees and Packages

The U.S. Russia Technology Symposium registration fees include access to all conference sessions, scheduled meal functions and social events. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

STEP 3: Registration Policy

Data Usage:
Your submitted registration information is stored in a database accessible to USRTS, LLC, Leland Stanford University and Dow Jones. It may occur that one of these entities supplies your contact information to a third party for the purpose of marketing a related conference or other promotional opportunities. If you do not wish your details to be used for such purposes, please check the box below.

Details may not be provided to third parties.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Conference registration fees are refundable, less $300 Service Fee. To receive a refund, provide your request in writing to USRTS, LLC at [email protected] or via fax to +1.650.240.2222. Requests must be received by January 1, 2005. After January 1, 2005, refunds will not be issued. Transfers and substitutions are accepted without fees or penalties. To designate another person to attend in your place, provide your request in writing to USRTS, LLC via email or fax (as noted above).

Indemnity:
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the direct or indirect control of USRTS, Stanford or Dow Jones to change the (i) content and timing of the Symposium, (ii) the speakers or the venue, or (iii) the Symposium is postponed or cancelled because of (1) an act of terrorism, war, extreme weather conditions, earthquake, fire, flood, other natural or manmade disaster, or (2) existing or future laws, or regulations in respect to visas or other travel permits, then in each case the participant hereby indemnifies and holds harmless each of USRTS, Stanford and Dow Jones from any and all costs, fees, damages, and expenses, including without limitation attorney fees, that are incurred by such participant.
